We used Don Shelby’s basic Flat-fee listing service, so he listed our home on WVMLS, but we were basically selling it ourselves. However, Don went above and beyond just placing the listing. He helped with photographs for the listing, and then he also reviewed our offer, helped with the counteroffer paperwork, and also counseled me throughout the selling process. He was extremely helpful and responsive, especially considering we weren’t actually paying for the extra services, beyond the listing. I would highly recommend him to any buyers or sellers.
