WE worked with Don in selling our home and he was absolutely fantastic! I was hesitant to use a flat fee MLS and wanted to make sure it was all it was cracked up to be since I compared him to the other services out there and they charge for every little thing AFTER you pay them the initial fee. He has no hidden charges and always was available when I needed him for all of my questions. He even came to see us initially with a couple hours notice and spent over 2 hours with us answering all of our questions and got our MLS up that night at 11pm because he knew how desperate we were to sell (our dream property was waiting for us). We did all of our own flyers and open houses but so worth the money. I also paid Don to do all of the paperwork and could not be happier about our decision.
