Don was great to work with and we would do so again and recommend him to others. We listed our house in Salem OR (97301 zip code) using his flat-fee listing service. We tried ‘for sale by owner’ on our home and we didn’t get any where. Don was a life saver!<br/><br/>He found us a buyer and helped the whole process along.<br/><br/>He gave us advice and helped us with our many questions.<br/><br/>He was timely and accurate in his answers and call-backs. He was great using email too. He used a web based signing process for the agreement, etc.<br/><br/>He patiently showed us a lot of homes. We bought a home with him too. Both homes closed on time and we moved–a very smooth process. This is especially noteworthy because our home was sold using the flat-fee system and we bought a home from a ‘for sale by owner.'<br/><br/>Don really helped the whole thing (both transactions) go very smoothly so we are forever grateful.<br/><br/>My wife and I (and our two young kids) enjoyed Don and highly recommend him. You can’t go wrong.<br/><br/>Thanks Don we are loving the new house!!!
