We were very impressed with Don. His flat fee listing service was the best deal out there with the high level of service he provided. Don reviewed all of the paperwork and was available for questions throughout the process. This took a lot of the stress out of the sale of our home.<br/><br/>Don went out with us several times to look at homes in the Salem area. He was very knowledgable of the area (the local market, other agents, etc.) and the purchase and sale process, including foreclosured properties offered for sale. A job change in the middle of the process took us to Eugene. Don referred us to an experienced agent down there and continued to help us through the closing of our original house.<br/><br/>We would definitely recommend Don to others (and already have). If we move back toward the Salem area in the future, we will be looking to Don to be our buyer’s agent again.
